Baggit india - Package not delivered

I ordered * purses from Baggit India on **/**/**** and till this date there are no updates of the same. I ordered the same through Prepaid payment system. I am left with no cancellation option. Neither the company is receiving my phone call or my text messages. Worst Customer care support ever.
My order number is #**** and it is showing pickup exception since so many days. Worst service.
