I booked the hotel through OYO on **th feb ****. then I cancelled the room due to location mismatch. for my booking I had a free cancellation. but it's been a ** days still I didn't received a repayment. they are just dragging the days. when ever I check with them they are simply stating like wait for ** days or wait for ** days today they are telling me to wait * more business days. guide me how to file a case agenized this booking.com website and how to proceed further. I'm from india
