Hey agoda, my booking Id: *********. Booked on **th Aug **** paid all in advance.
I arrived at hotel diamond near City centre bus station at **:** AM on ** August and found that the room was not according to the picture shown on the website also they said it was for * adults but there was no necessity for * people .when I asked for different room or an extra mattress they don't have any... And mentioned non availability of rooms
Just wanted to check who is going to take responsibility If I got robbed or murdered here in mid night searching for another room ... luckily we got another neighbouring hotel ...when we wanted our refund they showed us checked in for a day.
Who is using my booking to stay in your hotel .Are you running an illegal tie up in the name of agoda rooms?

My Booking was confirmed but hotel staff did not allow me inside the room. I showed the invoice than to I was not allowed. And they did not confirm my booking saying email was not received from Agoda.
