Prachi Dekate filed complaint against Makemytrip on Jan 24, 2022
This is regarding our connecting flight from Bhopal to Srinagar (via Delhi) on **th Oct ****. Our flight from bhopal to delhi got delayed due to bad weather conditions due to which we missed our flight from Delhi to Srinagar. We went to the Air India counter and we opted for the refund and booked a separate spicejet flight to reach Srinagar. We were told at the Air India counter that the refund will be given to the agency (MMT) in **-** days. However it's been over a month and we are still waiting for our refund. We tried to contact our relationship officer Nidhy Bansal but we got no response from her.
Kindly help us regarding this. All relevant documents are attached.
