My issue is not resolved last ** days
I booked a amazefit gts smart watch on *nd october which i received on *rd October but of a different brand and low quality in a original box.
Regarding it i complaint in Flipkart and i got the replacement approval of *th October and I was suppose to get the replacement on **th October...
But on **th of October the delivery boy refused to replace and told me to visit the hub at *:** and replace your product..
I visited the hub in kamani Kurla at around *:** but also too refused to replace and gave me the reason that you have selected a different product therefore we can't take your parcel.and misbehaving with me
Later I spoke to customer care, they told me I've not done any mistake
And they told me that you will get the resolution till **th October...
After tweeting on **th October , I got a call from L* Team Akshay he told me you will get the resolution till **th October at * O'clock, but I haven't got any resolution, I have Just received a mail which says, you will get your resolution till **th October.....
**th October has also passed but no resolution...
Since last ** days I'm just hearing that you will get the resolution within * days...... * days...
For last * to years I'm shopping from Flipkart, this has never happened with me....
For the first time I've received a wrong parcel, and flipkart service is so terrible and worse. that I've to think ** times for shopping again from Flipkart....
Neither I've got to replace nor my refund back & even nobody has come to pick up the watch..
Untill when will this matter go on, don't you have any One time resolution...
Plzz solve this matter ASAP....
Also today around * o clock i recived call from flipkart they told me wait for ** hrs your return request is initiate but my return request is not show in flipkart application....
Can you please fix this issue
