Product : Whirlpool *kg fully Automatic Top load grey.
Ordered a product on *nd Aug'** and excepted delivery on *rd Aug'**, but due to some issue with courier service provider i neither got the product nor refund, and i am unable to cancel the order from app and website, after that i regularly contacted flipkart customer care and flipkartSupport on twitter but got no solution, just fake commitments and promises, It has been almost a month. still i am waiting for my refund.
I request to kindly look into the matter and provide me with adequate support.
