I order Ajanta women tan casual shoes from Paytm at ** Oct *.**pm....Shoe price Rs- ***...I received my shoes COD at ** Oct then Rs- *** cashback is credited in my Paytm wallet ....then I m facing some shoes sizes problem that's why I will returned this shoes.Returned date ** Oct .Then I submitted all types of refund money policy form ..then I will receive a message from Paytm that my refund money will be credited to my bank account within ** days ..But today ** November till now I can't receive my refund money..Till now I can't receive any updates also .Paytm customer care also never take calls ..when I call to Paytm everytime call is busy ...Plz help me ..I want my money as soon as possible
