I have booked my ticket from Delhi to Ufa (Russia) on **nd may **** through makemytrip and had to cancel it due to the pandemic on **th april ****, but have not been refunded the amount of ₹ **,*** even though i have paid the cancellation charges and it has past two working days and makemytrip is not answering my phone calls
