Dear Mr.Deep Karla,
I am very frustrated with your customer support .
However trying to get in touch with your team since one hour it gets stuck on IVR.
Its regards my refund I have made reservations for camping and due to non availability the vendor have been cancelled the same.
This is my trip Id:- AD************. I have cancelled the same day i.e on *nd April ****.
I know the refund amount is very less but I am felling helpless.
Mr.Bharat & Mr.Piyush were supposed to get back to me in * hours but still no update from them.
Its such disappointed from Make my trip.
I had expected a lot from Make my trip.
Note :- reservation was not cancelled from my side.it was cancelled from your end.
