I booked the flight tickets for a family trip on **th Feb'**. Due to Covid-**, Airasia canceled my flight and gave me the credit amount which can be used within two years instead of refunding. I understood the situation and I was happy about it because I can use the credit amount to book the flight tickets in two years. But now I do not find the credit amount nor PNR details too. I am worried now and it's a big amount. They do not even provide the customer care service and AVI does not address the issue. Please address the issue with Airasia and resolve it soon.
