We were advised by Spice Jet that the flight was cancelled, hence opted for a full refund which should have been Rs. *****.**
But later showing as only fees and charges refundable for an amount of Rs ****.** only with Rs *,*** airline deduction and Rs ***.** deduction by Yatra.
Hence, cheating as they were not able to fulfill and cancelled.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
