Flights were not operated and cancelled from Airlines end, I was told that I will be getting my full refund amount but till date i didn't receive my Refund money and tried to reach out to Goibibo customer care from* last **days but their customer service is too worst that not even once call got connected to know m*y refund status.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
