Paytm canceled one of the items in my order and refunded an amount minus the shipping charge (the order details in the attachment). I brought it to their notice, they justified their action with a wrong information. Subsequently, they informed this issue will be into. The amount of money involved here is not large, but the callousness with which they are handling the issue is not acceptable.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
