I was abused verbally by a swiggy delivery guy when I was receiving my order. I want the delivery person reprimanded and my swiggy one subscription money refunded along with an apology letter from the company.
The Delivery guy name is Ramesh, his ID number is **********, and my complaint number is ************.
The swiggy customer service were condescending with me and did not actually register any complaint, and upon my third call, they registered a complaint and gave me a number. Which is my order number so I'm not sure what they did.
I was very sad because of the way he cursed me in front of my neighbors when i went down to collect order. I want the delivery guy reprimanded and sent for additional training with proof of that sent to me.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
