Clear Trip - Refund subsequent amount

I was cancelled my go air ticket PNR K*W*MJ from Pune to Patna on dated *nd March ****. I got only refund Rs. **** on dated ** March after **days of cancellation but the go air was refunded to clear trip **** on same day of ticket cancellation. So I want to refund my rest lost amount **** as per go air.
