I have booked a ticket from EaseMyTrip - Hyderabad to Delhi but have chosen incorrect journey time and instantly, I have spoken to AirIndia customer associate for cancellation policy & was informed that I would get a full refund as I called for cancellation on the same day. Its been * months & I am still waiting with no response.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
