Westside - Nor refunding my money

I have created two tickets regarding my refund issue — Ticket ************ on Monday and Ticket ************ as a follow-up. On westside portal Unfortunately, I have not received any response on either of them.
I have also tried contacting your customer care number multiple times, waiting for ** minutes to * hour, but no one answers the call. If calls are not being attended, then I don’t understand the purpose of providing that contact number.My Order ID is *******.I had returned * items, all of which were picked up on time. I have received the refund for * items, but the refund for one item is still pending.the amount be to refunded is *** rs . I have been following up with them with one response on email that will escalate this its been ** days now item has been picked up but no refund no response
