The subject mater regarding purchase of washing machine and requesting for replacement /refund was already intimated vide emails Dt.**.**.**** & **.**.****.But so far flipkart failed to provide resolution and still the return request was showing as pending/in process.
Now i once again explain the following for kind consideration and immediate resolution.
on **.**.**** i had placed an order for LG **/* kg Washer with Dryer AI Direct Drive Technology, Wi-Fi Enabled , Reduce allergens & wrinkles with Steam+ cycles, TurboWash Ready to Wear Clothes, Optimal wash for different fabrics & In-built Heater, Fully Automatic with In-built Heater Black by paying an amount of *****after EXCHANGING MY OLD IFB WASHING MACHINE FOR Rs****.**.The washing machine was delivered on **.**.****.Then installation team visited for installation on **.**.**** and during installation,they noticed that the rear screws which was supposed to hold the table top of the eashing machine was found missing and alos internal locks were also misplaced.Based on their observations ,they declared that the product was damaged and insisted for return/replacement.another point worth to mention here was the defect can only be traced or identified only by a qualified LG Technician who is familiar with the product which is the cause i was unable to find the defect during the open box delivery.So immediately i have raised request for return/replacement on **.**.**** with all supporting pictures clearly showing the damages and uploaded the job sheet provided by LG Installation team.After raising the request i got a message that the issue will be resolved by **.**.****.So i had waited patiently in this regard and on **.**.**** customer support team asked to wait for another ** hours for resolution.Also on **.**.**** Customer support team informed me that they will raise a request for refund to resolve the issue quickly.But quite surprisingly after disconnecting the call,the team cancelled the return request .so i once agin raised the return request on **.**.**** and was asked to wait for another ** hours.The days have been elapsing and every day they are extending the time line by ** Hours.The latest time line they promised is on **.**.****.Niw they again informed me to wait for another ** hours for an update.considering the essentiality of washing machine in daily this is totally unacceptable. As I had already exchanged my old washing machine and neither can use the damaged product despite of paying a huge amount, which is making me suffer both mentally and financially.Clearly there is due negligence from flipkart side towards resolving the issue.Dear voxya team please help in this regard.
