Hiren Mistry filed complaint against Cleartrip Com on May 29, 2020
I booked airticket of Lufthansa from cleartrip.com. And flight no.LH-*** from Lester B Pearson (YYZ) to Frankfurt(FRA) was cancelled of *nd June ****.
Now as I am calculating refund from Cleartrip.com. I am getting this output :
"We are unable to compute the refund amount at the moment. To compute refund for International bookings we need to get in touch with the Airline to confirm charges. We will process the refund amount, as approved by the Airline to the selected refund mode."
Neither they are providing any refund details nor any customer care whom customer can address their issue.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
