I'm a frustrated customer of this disgusting customer service of AJio. Since the past * months I have been trying to communicate with them via mails and over phone.Even after sending mails and mails my item was not picked up though they assure me that my item will get picked up and I will receive my refund. But till now they didn't even attempt a single time at my doorstep to pick up the item. I'm fed up of sending mails over mails because they just fake it and give us false hope that I will get my refund back. Very awful service! I don't understand why they are having a customer service in the first place if they can't follow the simple ethics of business. I'm very dissapointed. I'm a student and I don't even have a job to leave this matter. I want my money back at all costs.
