I booked a flight from Bangalore to Jorhat for **th April on March **th. Booking ID ************. According to Ministry of Civil Aviation booking amount has to be refunded on the same payment option. But yatra has provided me eCash which i don't want. I have confirmed with Airline as well regarding refund and Airline confirmed me that refund already done from Airline end. Transcation ID and Transcation date already I mailed to yatra but they are not replying to my mail.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
