On *-Jan-**** I have purchased * Air tickets from Paytm from Srinagar to Delhi on behalf of these tickets I got digital gold of Rs **** on Paytm account of my wife. On ** March **** when I cancelled one ticket PayTm has deducted Rs *** and since ** March ****. I am trying to sell that digital gold by Paytm but every time it got cancelled by Paytm due to the unknown issue. Then I transferred that gold to my Paytm account and since ** March **** till now so many time I tried to sell it but still unable to do it. Kindly do the needful.
