I order a pair of gloves on Wildcraft and they got delivered on *st of December ****. I initiated a return because I don't like the product. After initiating return two to four days no one came to pickup the return so I contacted Wildcraft by email and they said it will be picked up Tommorow by XpressBees (so called courier company). XpressBees arrived and I gave them the product and they said okay your pickup is done. It took ** days to reach the return to Wildcraft. But after reaching they said your refund couldn't be initiated because product is not matching. I contacted them with call, email, etc. but same reply.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
