Hi Team, I purchased WIKI CHAMP * Monster Backpack SKU: ************* via Wildcraft online and **May'** Your Order #O********* Shipment Id #C********* received on **thJune'**, and initiated returned on the same day. On **thJun** it was returned to their delivery partner EKART. On **June** it was finally confirmed that they received the product. But I am being following up continually about the refund of my amount paid since from **thJun'** and the customer care misguides me that the Bank account details provided is invalid and for the secondary Bank details they say they did credited by the amount got Bounced back, when I ask them to give the reference details or proof of the same they say they can't share it. Its been *months almost and I am still waiting for my amount to be returned. As its well know Brand that's how we bought it via Online but got know its a fraud and they do not give back out amount. This give too much of time waste which disturbs us mentally when you speak & get such responses. Whenever you ask to put to the Manager/Supervisor get to hear that they are always in a meeting and they would get back, but it never happened that the team called me back with the response. Request you please raise my complaint & punish such people/Organization.
