Wildcraft - Awful Quality of Wildcraft Jacket Scam with consumers

I purchased a Wildcraft jacket for Rs. **** (original price Rs. ****) from Kolkata City Centre * outlet, and after just two days of regular use, the stitching on the left-hand pocket came undone.

When I visited the showroom, I was informed that they do not provide any warranty on Wildcraft garments, even in cases of manufacturing defects like broken stitching. They offered no solution—no repair, no replacement.

The quality of Wildcraft garments is very poor, as evident from the faulty stitching, yet you people sell it at premium prices.

This feels like a complete scam, and I regret wasting my money. I will never return to Wildcraft for any product.

I would like to highlight the scenario to higher management of Wildcraft and request them to stop this scam. Till that time I'll report this incident to consumer forum in hope that they help to close this case.

I sent them a mail at thecircle@wildcraft.com mentioning the same asking for a resolution and got below response.

We understand this may not be the resolution you were hoping for, but we must adhere to the company policy, and no alternative options are available at this time.
