I ordered a wallet in January and return the wallet on ** Jan. Still I didn't get my refund money. I called the customer care so many time but they didn't solve the issue. If I ask then they will tell like we have started the initiation if didn't get then send me bank transactions. Please solve the issue. It's been already * months more. Please solve the problem.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
