Yatra - Refund rejected saying not refundable

Complaint Id: ***** (It was marked resolved without any refund and baseless remarks)
I had booked a ticket for travel from BLR to GAU on *th June,****. However airline cancelled the flight and had provided credit shell for an amount of Rs. ****. I have been following up with Yatra to get back the other amount which amount to - Rs. ****(****- cancellation protection + *** - Insurance).
I want the amount refunded as the airlines has cancelled the flight. I was not offered any service. I want the cancellation protection amount. You can keep the convenience fee and what is the point of cancellation fee if the govt has mentioned that there will be no cancellation charges for cancelling the ticket. What is the basis of the cancellation fee ?
Customer will not be eligible for the waiver if the customer cancels directly with the airlines.There is not any clause saying that if the airlines cancel then you are not eligible for refund.
This is the clause, and as the airlines had cancelled from their end, I want the refund.
