Am a customer of Makemytrip. I have booked tickets for my wife and Daughter for MArch **st **** from Coimbatore to Toronto in British Airways through Makemytrip. Due to the ongoing situation Airlines have cancelled the Flight from London to Toronto. My wife received an SMS and because of which she called to Makemytrip Customer care. They investigated completely and said yes the Airlines have cancelled but from Coimbatore to London is not cancelled . So they asked my wife to call to airlines and get the confirmation and about refund. When my wife called BA they said yes the flight is cancelled and you are eligible for full refund which can be discussed with Agent. When my wife called makemytrip again they are saying we dont know about this. We as a customer we are struggling like anything because of poor customer care. As a last hope am trying to reach you to get my issue resolved and get full refund so that i can book in different airlines.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
