Asif Ali. C filed complaint against Amazon on Mar 4, 2022
This has reference to my return order as per the attached details. Today i have been informed by the customer service agent that the recieved as per the my return remarked as "fake item".
Please note that i have placed my return pick up within ** minutes from the delivered time as soon i realized the product was damaged. But the product pick was not successful in the first two times as the pick up agent informed that they have some mismatching in the serial numbers. Then the Costumer service scheduled the thrid pickup on *th February and it was successfully picked up.
I am attaching the complete video footage of unboxing this package and the damage to the monitor screen is clearly visible.
