Dear Team,

I had issued the attached tickets through Agoda and later I canceled them due to unavoidable reasons.

I have attached two canceled tickets for your reference one is Bombay to Ahmedabad whose PNR is FCH*GN and the second one is Ahmedabad to Bombay whose PNR is SLJPJV. I am looking for a refund in the original mode of payment on an urgent basis.

I would appreciate an update on the refund status with a timeline to manage my own settlements on a priority basis.
