I had booked a GoAir flight thorough Make My Trip for date September **th, ****.
Airlines cancelled the flight from their end and processed whole refund of amount INR *,*** which was transferred to agent i.e. Make My Trip.
Make My Trip only credit my account with INR *,*** after deducting their fee of INR ***.
There’s no explanation of remaining INR ****. I have all mails from GoAir with refund of INR *,*** initiation.
Further, I am unable to connect with Make My Trip, neither they are allowing to connect through ‘Help chat’ option.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
