Booked a flight ticket through Via.com travel agency in Indigo Flt on ** Mar ** for the journey from New Delhi to Bagdogra (Journey date **Apr**) vide PNR NO WWLK*X. Flt was cancelled due to national lockdown and travel Agency Via.com is not initiating refund process. this travel agency also not attending any call nor replying to emails. My credit shell of amount RS ****/- laying with Indigo Airlines unutilised. Complaints also lodged with Airsewa through grievance I'd QV****** and got reply that travel agency to be contacted for refund process.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
