Order no ***-*******-******* Dear Sir/Madam, My order no. is ***-*******-*******. I am following up with Amazon since * months. I have still not received my part refund of amount Rs. ****/-. Everytime amazon raise a claim but i do not receive any refund. While placing order amazon takes payment from us on behalf of seller. But when it comes to refund, amazon does not take any liability and blames the seller. Pathetic service of amazon. Not at all satisfactory. Zero customer service and satisfaction. I need the refund in my account in ** hrs as amazon is liable for my refund because I have paced order through amazon and not to seller.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
