Akanksha Singh filed complaint against Smytten on Jan 6, 2026
The order was cancelled by me at the doorstep through the delivery partner, and the same was confirmed via their official WhatsApp message. However, their app has not updated the order status and still shows it as “Shipped”, due to which my refund has not been initiated.
It has been ** days, and I have received response or call from customer care, despite multiple follow-ups. The AI chatbot repeatedly asks me to wait *–* days, but the issue remains unresolved.
