I recently ordered * products from smytten on **st of January for which I paid *** immediately as by prepaid mode and then I got my parcel box on **rd of January as soon as I opened my box there was only one product Nivea Underarm Roll On other * products were missing. I immediately called delivery agent who gave me the parcel he said not any issue from my side contact customer care.Then I went to Smytten app and raised the ticket regarding the issue with all photographs but the ticket was closed in few minutes stating they delivered all products. I want refund or else my other products I ordered. Please Help me.
