Smytten,
I placed order #******* on ** December and it has been stuck at “Packed” stage for many days. The delivery date keeps changing and has now moved to * January.
Since the order is not shipped yet, please either ship it immediately or cancel the order and process a full refund to my prepaid payment.
Kindly resolve this at the earliest.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
