Sir,
I have ordered Redmi Note * Pro (Neptune Blue, *** GB) from Flipkart on * Jul **. I received damaged Redmi note * on ** Jul ** in place of the ordered I have placed. I would like to draw your attention toward my return request REQ************ for Redmi Note * Pro (Neptune Blue, *** GB). I have raised only on request for the replacement of the ordered(order id OD******************.) which I have placed. I have received damaged Redmi note * on ** Jul ** in place of the ordered I have placed. I have given my maximum support to you on investigation calls and spent maximum time in providing evidence to your investigation team. (Mobile number of the investigation team: **********) I sent all the images which he required to his whats app number. He promised the issue will be resolved the next day. From that day none of the Flipkart people came to my place and investigated the case. I called many times to the customer care regarding the issue. They promised issue will be resolved soon. It has been all most two months, but the case is not resolved. Instead, I received a mail stating that " We'd like to let you know that your recent request for a replacement has been canceled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.

To date I haven’t returned any item ordered from Flipkart, they simply canceled my request. Now my account ********** has been Blocked. Registered e-mail id is masularajeshwari****@gmail.com. I made a complaint regarding this to the National consumer complaint (Complaint number: *******, contact number: **********) and also sent mail to grievance.officer@flipkart.com. I didn’t get any response. Please do the needful.
