G Koteawara Rao filed complaint against EUREKA FORBES LIMITED on Nov 14, 2021
Product which i received has to be serviced very frequently, in the span of *-* month there was approx * services done from date of installation on *th March **** but could not rectify the issue. So requested to replace the machine since it was defective, from then there was no response from any one from Eureka Forbes so i have handed over the machine (Dr.Aquaguard Nrich HD RO) in Villvakkam sales office on *th Nov ****(Machine was under warranty) they denied give the acknowledgement receipt fro the same. Raised a complaint on *th Nov **** through toll free number (Complaint-**********) no response for it, contacted Villvakkam sales office head Jayachandran he requested to contact Anu Radha sales coordinator of Eureka Forbes. Anu Radha and Vignesh sent technician to collect water sample on **th Jan ****(machine was under warranty). From then to still date they are telling fake reasons to deny replacement against defective machine. Today Mr.Hemanth (Sales Head) and Anu Radha called me said since product is not under warranty so replacement/refund is not possible since the machine is not under warranty. This resolution was after a year even after following up this issue every week and month from warranty period to till date. And even water report was sent on *th Jan **** for water sample collected on **th Jan **** after repeated follow up. Machine was under warranty when i returned to Villvakkam sales office on *th Nov ****(Warranty was upto *th March ****). Now after a year they are denying me replacement/refund on basis of warranty issue since they did not solve the issue during Warranty period. Below are details with me. Invoice, Photo of Machine (**th Dec ****), Call recording, complaint number, year along call logs of follow up & etc. Kindly help me in this issue.
