I had cancel a flight from easemytrp.com on *-oct whose Booking ID is EMT********.Its being more than * months and i have not yet received the refund amount. Whenever i call to easemytrip customer care they ask to check with airlines. I don't understand while booking or cancelling tickets they use to take the service chare but while refund they blame on airlines and keep themself aside.
