Sanju Sarkar filed complaint against EaseMyTrip com And AIR INDIA on Sep 28, 2020
We had booked * tickets for AIR INDIA through EaseMyTrip.com for travel date *-April-**** (Sector :Bangalore to Delhi) but due to Covid pandemic lockdown, flight was cancelled and it was assured by both AIR INDIA and EaseMyTrip.com that our tickets will be rescheduled for any sector with price change amount.
Yesterday I tried to reschedule all * tickets through EaseMyTrip.com portal for travel date *-Oct-**** (Sector:Bangalore to Kolkata). I had paid the reschedule charges and money deducted form my bank and EaseMyTrip.com acknowledge the receipt of the money but Tickets are not yer confirmed (No PNR given) by AIR INDIA. I am following up with EaseMyTrip.com through whatsapp chat and email, they are saying everytime that they are looking into the issue but almost after ** hours the tickets are not yet confirmed. Please help us , we are feeling so hopeless and helpless.
