I had booked air ticket on *.*.** for my travel along with my family from delhi to kolkata by air india flight through ease my trip website.
But due to covid positive, i was unable to travel so i cancelled the ticket with confirmity with ease my trip representative.
Now i am following up with ease my trip through mail and they informing me that refund amount has not been approved by air india although air india representative informed me that they have refunded full amount on **.*.**. I have also mailed call recording to ease my trip but still they are not refunding me the full amount.
