As per my Continuous Mail for My PNR NUMBER JP*S*, Still from your side my Refund for Above Ticket is Not Been Processed by your Company.

So Requesting you to please Process the Refund by this weekend of *rd week of August **** as my Case is pending from April **** and From your Side the Flight was Cancelled and the Mistake is yours so Please Process my Refund.
