I ordered Momos from Wow momo,Malviya Nagar through the Swiggy app on *th August ****, it was my birthday and i ordered * kinds of momos. I received burnt, bad smelling food which was completely inedible. and the prawns momo was not even delivered
Now swiggy is cheating me off my money despite sending images of the food immediately via their app. they keep saying we will give feedback but what about loss of money and mental agony. I have sent multiple emails, chats and they are not helping.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
