Based on your confirmation, Muskaan Sharma Traveled on the said dates from New Delhi. The information for flight of Air India from New Delhi to Melbourne was correct. But it was surprising that information for flight from Melbourne to Brisbane was wrong, there was no flight with given PNR and time details. The concerned airline could not find any flight details with the details provided on the enclosed e-ticket.
Muskaan Sharma has to book another flight over the counter due to wrong information on the e-ticket shared by your representative.
Refund my money from Melbourne to Brisbane booked Flight on as soon as basis to avoid any further dispute.
