UDAY KARNAD filed complaint against Lufthansa Airlines on Mar 31, 2020
MY CLIENT WAS BOOKED ON **MAR TO FRANKFURT AND RETURN ON **MAR. HER VISA WAS REJECTED HENCE WE CANCELLED THE BOOKING AND OPTED FOR REFUND. THE FARE RULE PERMITS FULL REFUND FOR VISA REJECTION. WE SUBMITTED REJECTION LETTER TOO. NOW THE AIRLINE SAYS THEY ARE IN A BAD SITUATION AND REFUND WILL TAKE * MONTHS. HOW DO I EXPLAIN THIS TO MY CLIENT.
