I had booked a journey from Girinagar to Attingal from the makeMytrip app on **th November ****. After the completion of the booking the boarding point automatically changed to Krishnagiri which was around ** km away from Girinagar. My friend couldn't catch the bus due to the distance. Firstly we contacted the bus which was Murahara travels and explained the situation. They said that they will report the issue and cancel the journey and provide full refund. After some time they called back and tell me to cancel the journey via the app. There was no option on the app for the cancellation and I have contacted the customer care of makeMytrip and report the issue. They said that they can't do anything about that and after some talking the said that they will pass the issue to the tech team and asked m to wait for ** hours for the refund. Its been more that * week I haven't heard from them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
