My bus ticket on *th December **** was cancelled, so I was expecting a refund for same with *-** days, now it has been almost a month and yet no communication is received from Makemytrip team regarding the refund. Tried contacting the customer care several times but they basically unreachable when needed. In my trips dashboard, the cancelled bus trip is showing under the completed trips section, and it says that my refund request was received and that their team will reach within * days, but one month has passed already. Please help me get my refund back from Makemytrip.
