After following up for more than * months now, i am filling the complaint against Byjus Team. The product i purchased for my child Nishant who is in *th Standard. The tablet came and it was not working since the time it was arrived. I reported immediately. No one helped and i requested for cancellation. Since December Byjus is making me fool and not returning their defective product. Its for *****. I am not getting any calls or emails. No one calling back either. Please help!
