Harigaran s filed complaint against Pepperfry on May 16, 2020
I had placed on order on May *th on *.**pm and realized by mistakenly I had ordered a wrong furniture do sent an email for correction at *pm and on next day on **th May got a call from executive and they said the correction can be made and instead asked me to reorder and the current order will be cancelled and refunded and I agreed for it and got a confirmation email for order cancellation. But after that I have not received any information from them and they are not responding to emails also, but on May **th got an email that your product ready to dispatch and I had dropped many emails but still no response from them, so I tried contacting hometown (product I had ordered) they said they have cancelled from there end and intimate the same with pepperfry, but refund can be made only from pepperfry, can you check it
