Flipkart - Refund of product purchased on flipkart

I have bought two shirts from Flipkart **.**.****.The product was delivered on **.**.****. I did not get the product as shown online in terms of quality.Hence I have requested for return of the product within * days.My return was not accepted by the Flipkart seller stating that the product has crossed the return period i.e., * days.But I have requested for return within * days. Then I have raised complaint multiple times through flipkart help center and they have promised to get the product return but the same did not happen and today when I spoke with Customer care executive they telling that my return is cancelled.Flipkart is making false promises with the customer and not following its customer policy. So I decided to file complaint against flipkart
